The evening will begin with a reading from Zoe Brooks, followed by Rory’s reading.
Zoe has been writing and performing poetry as long as she can remember. Her career began when she was discovered by Michael Horovitz of Poetry Olympics. She still believes in the power of poetry in performance, in the alchemy that exists between poet and audience. Zoe has had two collections published recently: Owl Unbound (Indigo Dreams, 2020) and Fool’s Paradise (Black Eyes Publishing, 2022). Fool’s Paradise won the EPIC Award for Best Poetry Ebook.
Zoe likes to hear and support other people’s work. She is a leading member of the team at the Cheltenham Poetry Festival. You can read Zoe’s blog on https://zoebrooks.blogspot.com/
