Terms of Sale
All sales through our website are fulfilled by Heron Books, Unit 5, The Clifton Arcade, BS8 4AA. You can contact us at this address or by email at read [at] heronbooks.co.uk. Delivery will be arranged as soon as possible after your order is placed.
We reserve the right to withdraw from any online purchase where a clear and obvious error in the details appearing on the website is identified. We will update stock levels on our website as often as reasonably possible, but if we are no longer able to supply the item you have ordered, we will notify you within 14 days of the order being placed and refund any associated payments.
Customers may cancel their order by notifying us in writing within 14 days of receipt of their item and arranging for its return in the same condition as sold. We must be informed of any damaged or defective items within 14 days of receipt, or informed of unreceived items within 14 days of the order being placed for a refund to be processed. Refunds will be made via the original payment method as soon as possible after the item is returned.
Deliveries are not normally arranged for addresses outside of the United Kingdom. If they are, the addressee is responsible for the payment of any customs duties and local taxes due.
If you want to return your book for a refund, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your item, providing proof of purchase, and return it to us in the same condition as sold within a further 14 days at your own expense. Refunds will be made via the original payment method as soon as possible after the item is returned.
Refunds are not available on gift cards, tote bags or other associated items.
